Due to the possibility of multiple users making purchases simultaneously, Cas@ del bere srl reserves the right, upon receiving an order, to verify the availability of the item and, if unavailable, to promptly notify you that the order has not been accepted. Cas@ del bere srl shall not be held liable for any errors in the order, as an order summary email is automatically and immediately sent to your email address for every order placed. This confirmation message will include all the data entered by the customer, who agrees to verify its accuracy and promptly communicate any corrections. The items for sale are exactly those displayed in our online catalog and correspond, barring occasional typographical errors, to the product name, manufacturer, and specifications listed on the product pages. Every product for sale on the site is accompanied by a photograph. Due to changes in packaging by the manufacturer, in some cases, the images may not exactly reflect the appearance of the delivered product. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify the completeness of the package contents and their condition before accepting delivery from the courier. If the Customer receives damaged or incomplete packages, they are asked to accept only those that are intact and complete and to return the others to the sender. Cas@ del bere srl will replace them and reship the new ones. If the damaged or missing products are out of stock, the Customer will be contacted and offered replacement products. Alternatively, we will refund the amount already paid.
