L'Animante represents the soul of Barone Pizzini, it encapsulates the living nature of all its vineyards. It was created to crown the long and pioneering path of renewal in the vineyard and in the cellar that sanctioned Barone Pizzini's birthright in the organic experience in Franciacorta. Composed of 84% Chardonnay, 12% Pinot Noir, 4% Pinot Blanc, it has a straw yellow color, floral notes, citrus fruits, acacia honey, apricot and dried fruit. Creaminess with a savory finish. Aging is 20/30 months on the lees.
