The Antinori family has been dedicated to wine production for more than six hundred years, directly managing this activity with innovative and sometimes courageous choices but always maintaining respect for traditions and the territory. Peppoli oil is an organic oil, obtained from olives from appropriately selected olive groves, they are harvested exclusively by hand at an early stage with respect to full ripeness and are sent for pressing strictly within 18 hours of their arrival in the mill. The nose is intense, fruity and pungent and of considerable fragrance, while on the palate it is fruity and harmonious, has good structure and balance with a typical and pronounced spicy final note
